The State Refund Business or Self-Employed Cost provides funds of up to up to $350,000.

VISA FEES:

Credit Assessment, Debit Assessment, International Service Assessment (ISA), International Service Assessment (ISA) – Non-US currency, Transaction Integrity Fee (TIF), Misuse of Authorization Fee, Zero Floor Limit Fee, Zero Dollar Verification Fee, Fixed Acquirer Network Fee (FANF).

 

MASTER FEES:

Credit/Debit Assessment, Digital Enablement Fee, Cross Border Assessment Fee (Domestic), Cross Border Assessment Fee (Non USD), Network Access and Brand Usage Fee (NABU), AVS Fee (Card-Not-Present), AVS Fee (Card-Present), Merchant Location Fee.

 

DISCOVER FEES:

Credit/Debit Assessment, International Processing Fee, International Service Fee, Network Authorization Fee.

 

H3 AMEEX FEES:

Credit/Debit Assessment, International Assessment, Card-Not-Present Surcharge, Non-Compliance Fee.
 

Who may qualify

The following entities affected by inflation may be eligible:

  • Sole proprietors, independent contractors, and self-employed persons

  • Any small business concern that meets small business's size standards (either the industry size standard or the alternative size standard)

  • Any business, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, 501(c)(19) veterans organization, or tribal business concern (sec. 31(b)(2)(C) of the Small Business Act) with the greater of:

    • 100 employees, or

    • That meets the small business industry size standard if more than 100

  • Any business with a NAICS code that begins with 72 (Accommodations and Food Services) that has more than one physical location and employs less than 100 per location.

  • Can demonstrate more than 30% reduction in revenue.

  • Is located in a low-income community.
